Moonlight Breakfast is this urban, raw and unconventional mix of Dream Pop, Cosmic Disco, 80s and Neo-Soul that lets you dance the night away.

The founding members Christie and Bazooka, met in Bucharest, the capital of Romania, and now live in Vienna. She, the singer with the distinctive voice, and he, the drummer, multi-instrumentalist, producer and graduate clarinetist. In the mean time they have married and have a lovely son. The band was completed by Adita - keyboardist, guitarist and bass player, as well as actor and big horse enthusiast.

Their sound has managed to attract the attention of a broad and diverse audience and put them at the centre of the international music scene. Their first ever concert was in 2011 in front of 35,000 spectators, as opening act for Jamiroquai.

They have spent the last 8 years performing in Europe and building their ever-growing fan base. In Vienna they opened for Hurts, Macy Gray and Daddy G. from Massive Attack.

Elle Magazine voted them "Best Band" in their Romanian homeland and in Sotchi / Russia they played at the closing gala of the Olympic Games 2014. In 2017 they played at the Reeperbahn Festival and in 2018 they played a club tour through Germany's biggest cities.

Also in 2018 Moonlight Breakfast were invited to the South by Southwest Festival (SXSW) in Austin, Texas, where they played three showcases and were recommended in the “Blogger´s Guide to SXSW”.

The focus of the band has always been on live performances. So they inspire at their concerts, not only with their extraordinary music and stage presence, but also with a stylish 3D mapping show.

This is the band’s 3rd album. It is personal, bold, seductive, dreamy, cosmic, Pop. These tracks can truly transport you: whether it’s to that outdoor music festival you wanted to go to like “Summer” or straight into your better half’s arms like “Affection” or maybe in the driver’s seat of a convertible going to the beach like “You Got It (I Got You)”.

There is a range to the vocals that go from vulnerable to playful to resilient, while music producer - Bazooka's synth hooks and infectious beats drive the songs. It will move you and it will make you move.
