CLOVER - ATLAS [EP]

Singer-songwriter CLOVER (Clover Stieve) is excited to release her highly anticipated debut EP, Atlas. The EP arrives after the release of acclaimed singels "Atlas," "Anymore" and "Used To It" which garnered praise from writers at publications such as Atwood Magazine, Under The Radar, Magnet, She Makes Music and many more.

To celebrate the release, CLOVER has announced a Brooklyn EP release show taking place on June 5 at Sound Mind Center. Tickets for the show are available HERE. She will also be playing a donation-based release show in Frenchtown, NJ on Saturday, June 7 at 3 pm. Fans can RSVP for the show HERE.

Atlas was recorded at Electric Lady Studios with chief engineer and producer John Rooney (past projects include Taylor Swift, Maggie Rogers, Clairo, Yebba, Norah Jones, Jon Batiste, Remi Wolf, and many others). Rooney decided to produce "Used to It" (and forthcoming EP) after seeing CLOVER perform at a small venue in Brooklyn.

With sounds reminiscent of Dua Lipa and Fleetwood Mac, “Used to It” takes us on a cross-country road trip with two star-crossed lovers, capturing the thrill and uncertainty of new love. The song reflects the extraordinary pandemic love story between CLOVER and her partner, which began with an impulsive trip to Mexico, only to be interrupted by the global health crisis. What followed was an exhilarating period of living together in a tent surrounded by artists in Upstate New York, and ultimately, a year-long cross-country busking adventure during which the couple brought music to the streets of 20 states.

CLOVER explains, “‘Used to It’ encapsulates that nomadic chapter — the magic, the spontaneity, and the bittersweet feeling that it all seemed too good to be true. It’s a celebration of radical freedom, love, and living on the road.”

Blending folk, pop, and soul, CLOVER’s sound is a mix of the timeless energy of the 60s and 70s with a contemporary twist. Drawing influence from artists like Lake Street Dive, Maggie Rogers, and Carole King, CLOVER’s music spans a wide emotional range — from upbeat, groove-driven anthems to introspective ballads that tackle themes of love, loss, sovereignty, and spirituality.

Born in Lambertville, NJ, CLOVER’s musical journey has been one of self-discovery and independence. After graduating from Bard College in 2018, she was invited to appear on NBC's The Voice. However, she made the decision to leave the show before its premiere, a pivotal moment that solidified her commitment to maintaining control over her own music and image. Since then, CLOVER has built a strong independent career, performing at NYC venues like Rockwood Music Hall and PIANOS, and Philadelphia venues like World Cafe Live and Ardmore Music Hall.

In 2020, CLOVER released her debut single, “This Love” and hit the road, selling sustainable, handmade merchandise along the way. Sustainability, female empowerment, and social activism are central to CLOVER’s mission. She co-wrote “Power” for MILCK, which was featured on ABC for Women's History Month in 2022. CLOVER also performed at the 2022 NYC Women’s March and took the stage at the Levitt Pavilion SteelStacks in Bethlehem, PA in June 2024.
